Shipping policy

All orders placed on our website are processed within a 2-5 working day window. We dispatch all orders using an express delivery method including a reference number allowing you to track your order once it is on its way to you.

Currently, we are exclusively offering delivery to the UK. Our express shipping rate is £6.99, or you can spend £80 or more for FREE delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 will qualify for same day dispatch, subject to availability.

When placing your order you will be given the option to input an alternate delivery address to the billing address you provide. These alternate delivery addresses will then be saved in your address book on your account for use again in the future.

We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to inaccurate address details provided during the ordering process. Additionally, please note that we cannot be held liable for any errors or delays caused by the postal service, and any concerns regarding undelivered items must be addressed directly with the respective courier.
